Mortgages

The Swindon Homes Independent Mortgage Centre was established by Simon Rosser in September 2001 when the Company was set up. Having been in the Financial Services Industry since 1985 Simon wanted to give an impartial view of the mortgage market and give Independent mortgage advice and not to be restricted to a panel of lenders.

Simon’s approach to Independent advice means that he can give the best solution to your mortgage needs, which will help you to purchase the property you really want to purchase. He can also advise you on the re-mortgage of your existing property [residential or buy to let] as well if required?

Simon prides himself in giving good sound mortgage advice which takes into account your income, financial situation and future plans, before making a mortgage recommendation for you. It must also however, have to fit in with the mortgage lenders criteria as well.

Simon’s mortgage department has grown steadily since it was established in 2001.This is due to existing customers returning on a regular basis and then recommending Simon to their family, friends and colleagues. He also attracts new customers as well on a regular basis.

Simon has been in the mortgage market for a long period of time, so has obviously built up a good relationship with other people in the same type of industry, such as mortgage lenders, Solicitors, local estate agents, new home sites and Surveyors ,which gives him the ability to give you an all-round service.

Swindon Homes Direct Mortgage Centre can therefore give you Independent advice on:

  • Your first mortgage / Home mover mortgage
  • Re-Mortgaging your current property
  • Buy to Let Purchase or Re-Mortgages
  • Let to Buy / Shared Ownership Mortgages
  • Commercial Loans

Swindon Homes Direct Independent Mortgage Centre is directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under Company ref no 300250.
