Tenant Find Service

Let our Property Professionals take the stress out of finding a tenant for you. We will source the tenant/s, carry out professional comprehensive referencing/credit checks, raise the tenancy agreement, arrange for a detailed Inventory (if required), organise placement of the deposit into a deposit protection scheme and move the tenant in, whereby we will hand over management to you.

Rent Collection Service

Let our Property Professionals take the hassles out of rent collection for you. We collect the rent, provide monthly/annual statements whilst leaving you to concentrate on looking after the property.

Managed Service

Our comprehensive Full Management Services are specifically designed for Landlords who need worry-free letting of their property. We will carry out comprehensive marketing of the property to find you the right tenant, arrange & conduct viewings, carry out professional comprehensive referencing/credit checks, raise the tenancy agreement, arrange for a detailed inventory, arrange placement of the deposit into a deposit protection scheme, carry out regular inspections (with reports sent to you), ensure effective in house support/maintenance and in house accounting with state of the art technology ensuring you receive the best possible service.

Tenants Fees

Initial Administration Fee

Fee Includes:

  • Referencing (which is likely to include a credit check, employer check (or accountants report of provision of SA302 Self Assessment form if self employed), current or previous landlord check, and any other information that may help assess the affordability of the tenant.
  • Preparing the Tenancy Agreement
  • Preparing an Inventory & Schedule of Condition

£200.00 (Excl. VAT) for the first tenant

£50.00 (Excl. VAT) for each additional tenant

Other fees with may apply

Guarantor

Depending upon your individual circumstances and the recommendations of our referencing agency you may be required to provide a Guarantor. Your Guarantor would be referenced to ensure that they have sufficient financial standing s to cover the overall rental commitment in the event that you, as the tenant, are unable to pay your rent. The fee is payable in respect of each Guarantor
